At Nibal Trading Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content to assist you in your trading journey. We want you to feel confident in your investment with us.

However, as our products are digital and knowledge-based, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness for both our students and our academy. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nibal Trading Academy regarding your use of our platform and educational content.

2. Refund Eligibility for Online Courses

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on our self-paced online trading courses. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the educational material, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.

  • Timeframe: Your request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Course Progress: To prevent abuse of our content, refunds may be declined if you have completed a significant portion (more than 30%) of the course or downloaded all available resources before requesting a refund. The guarantee is designed to allow you to evaluate the teaching style and curriculum, not to consume the entire product for free.
  • Constructive Feedback: We may ask for brief feedback on why the course did not meet your expectations. This helps us improve our future content.

If your request meets these criteria, we will issue a full refund of your tuition.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain services and products are strictly non-refundable due to their nature:

  • Mentorship & Live Coaching: Any fees paid for one-on-one mentorship, live coaching sessions, or consultation calls are non-refundable once the service has been booked or delivered, as this involves the dedicated time of our instructors.
  • Downloadable Resources: If you have purchased standalone downloadable templates, PDF guides, or tools that are not part of a course curriculum, these are non-refundable once downloaded.
  • Bundles & Special Offers: If a refund is requested for a specific item within a discounted bundle, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the full retail price of the items you keep.

4. Refund for Trading Results

Important: We do not provide refunds based on your personal trading performance. Our courses are educational resources designed to teach you strategies and risk management. We do not guarantee profits. A lack of financial return in the markets is not a valid ground for a refund, as trading involves inherent risk and personal execution.

5. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service.
  • The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

6. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds to any user who we believe is abusing this policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Users who repeatedly purchase and refund courses.
  • Users who consume the majority of the content in a short period and then request a refund.
  • Users who have violated our Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing account access or piracy).
